QUADRUM SICAV SIF-SCA (en liquidation judiciaire)

QUADRUM SICAV SIF-SCA, un fonds d’investissement spécialisés ("SIF" - lien vers la loi) a été dissoute et mise en liquidation judiciaire par jugement du tribunal de commerce de Luxembourg (6ème Chambre) en date du 20 avril 2023. Laurent Fisch a été nommé liquidateur de Quadrum SICAV SIF SCA. Une copie du jugement d'ouverture de la procédure de liquidation judiciaire est accessible via ce lien. Euroamerican Finance S.A. (en faillite)

Euroamerican Finance S.A. has been declared in bankruptcy ("en faillite") on 27 July 2020 by the Luxembourg District Court. Laurent Fisch is the court-appointed trustee in bankruptcy ("curateur" or "Trustee") of the debtor.

Landsbanki Luxembourg S.A. (en liquidation judiciaire)

Landsbanki Luxembourg S.A. has been dissolved and ordered in judicial liquidation by the Luxembourg District Court on 12 December 2008. A copy of the court order in French (original) and in English (translation) can be found here.

Laurent Fisch has been appointed as a co-liquidator of Landsbanki Luxembourg S.A. on 27 April 2022 and as the sole liquidator since 1st November 2022. A copy of the relevant court orders is available here.
